Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Orders are typically shipped within 24 – 48 working hours from the time of order placement. However, some orders may take longer to process due to unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Orders (India): Deliveries take 3 – 5 working days from the date of shipping. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
International Orders: Deliveries may take 18 – 20 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a product in a poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please deny the delivery and do not accept the order.
Immediately contact our customer care team at support@chrystic.com with your order ID to report the issue.
Upon verification, we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
Payment Methods & Terms
We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway at checkout.
Payments are accepted only in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. All applicable duties and taxes are included in the product price.
We offer Partial COD (Cash on Delivery), wherein:
A 10% advance payment of the total order value must be made digitally via UPI, credit card, or debit card through our payment gateway.
The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
