Jewelry Care Instructions
Our jewelry is designed with high-quality 18K gold plating over a base metal. To ensure longevity, proper care is essential.
Things to Avoid:
- Perfumes & Chemicals: Prolonged or direct exposure to perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals can cause the gold plating to wear down, potentially leading to tarnishing or the base metal becoming visible.
- Water & Sweat: Avoid wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, or exercising, as water and sweat can speed up wear and tear.
- Harsh Cleaning Agents: Keep jewelry away from household cleaning products that contain strong chemicals.
Best Practices to Maintain Your Jewelry:
- Apply Perfume Before Wearing Jewelry: This reduces direct exposure to chemicals.
- Store Properly: Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place and store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches.
- Regular Cleaning: Gently clean jewelry using a soft cloth and mild soap with water to remove dirt, oils, and residue.
6-Month Warranty Coverage
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty against tarnishing. If your jewelry tarnishes within 6 months of purchase, you are eligible for a store credit of 50% of the original order value.
How to Claim Warranty:
- Email us at support@chrystic.com with product images as evidence.
- Upon approval, please self-ship the product to the following address:
Chrystic Jewels, B-175, FF, Sector 41, Noida, UP – 201303 - Once we receive the product, a store credit will be issued within 7 working days from receival. The credit will be valid for 6 months from the issue date and would be visible on customer portal.
Exclusions from Warranty:
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage or breakage due to regular wear and tear.
- Any alterations or resizing of the jewelry.
- Any damage to zirconia crystals.
- Loss of crystals or stones from the jewelry.
- Breakage of locking mechanism
