  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Chrystic Jewels. By accessing and using our website www.chrystic.com (“Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.
  2. Product Information & Availability
  • We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our Website are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
  • All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices displayed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
  • Partial COD (Cash on Delivery): Customers must make a 10% advance payment digitally, with the remaining amount payable in cash upon delivery.
  1. Order Processing & Shipping
  • Orders are processed within 24 – 48 working hours. Some orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic Orders (India): 3 – 5 working days.
    • International Orders: 18 – 20 working days.
  • Free shipping is available on all domestic orders. International shipping charges may apply.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • We offer a 2-day return policy and a 7-day exchange policy.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated through the customer sign-in page using the same email and phone number provided during purchase.
  • Returns due to tampered products must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Upon verification, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
  • Other returns will be eligible for a refund after deducting a flat fee of ₹200 for shipping and operational costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
  1. Warranty & Care
  • Our 6-month warranty covers tarnishing. Customers can claim a 50% store credit for tarnished products within 6 months.
  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear, third-party alterations, or lost stones/crystals.
  1. Definition of Tarnish
  • Tarnish occurs when the gold plating wears off due to prolonged exposure to chemicals, moisture, or friction.
  • To prevent tarnishing, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, water, and store jewelry in a dry place.
  1. Store Credits
  • Store credits issued as part of returns or warranty claims are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credits can be used on any product available on the Website and are non-transferable.
  1. Promotional Offers
  • Promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Store credits and discounts can be used together unless otherwise mentioned.
  1. User Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions
  • By submitting comments, reviews, or testimonials, you grant Chrystic Jewels the right to use, reproduce, and publish such content on our Website and social media.
  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove any inappropriate or misleading content.
  1. Errors in Listings & Product Representation
  • Product images may have slight color variations due to screen settings.
  • In case of pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, or incorrect invoices, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  1. Lost Packages During Transit
  • If an order is lost during shipping, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service.
  • Once confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
  1. Personal Information
  • Personal information collected during purchases is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent, except for order fulfillment and legal compliance.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Chrystic Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
  1. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
  • In case of any dispute, customers are encouraged to first contact us at support@chrystic.com for resolution.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration under Indian law. The legal jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  1. Amendments to Terms
  • Chrystic Jewels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Website implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
