- Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
- Orders are typically shipped within 24 – 48 working hours from the time of order placement. However, some orders may take longer to process due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Domestic Orders (India): Deliveries take 3 – 5 working days from the date of shipping. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
- International Orders: Deliveries may take 18 – 20 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
- Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If you receive a product in a poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please deny the delivery and do not accept the order.
- Immediately contact our customer care team at support@chrystic.com with your order ID to report the issue.
- Upon verification, we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
- Payment Methods & Terms
- We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway at checkout.
- Payments are accepted only in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. All applicable duties and taxes are included in the product price.
- We offer Partial COD (Cash on Delivery), wherein:
- A 10% advance payment of the total order value must be made digitally via UPI, credit card, or debit card through our payment gateway.
- The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
