Return & Exchange Policy Overview
At Chrystic Jewels, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

  1. Return Policy
  • We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted under a no-questions-asked
  • If you receive a tampered package, please email us at support@chrystic.com within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video as proof. Upon approval, we will replace the product with the same item at the earliest. If the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount received within 7 working days from refund approval.
  • For all other return requests, customers must initiate the request within 48 hours of delivery by logging into their account using the same email and phone number used for the order.
  • Customers will find an option to initiate a return request on the dashboard.
  • Once the request is generated, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.
  • Customers must return the product in its original packaging and condition.
  • Partial returns are accepted however any freebies or gifts must be returned.
  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment mode.
  • Please note a flat fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping, reverse shipping, and operational charges.
  • For tampered product refunds with an approved unboxing video, a full refund will be provided without deductions.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • The exchange window is 7 days from the date of order delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to available inventory on our website.
  • Customers must initiate an exchange request by logging into their account and selecting the respective order.
  • Once the request is placed, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
  • Upon receiving the returned product a quality inspection is done and if found satisfactory, store credits of full value will be provided to the customer’s account in the form of a credit note in 7 working days from order receival at warehouse.
  • Store credits have a validity of 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • While placing an order using store credits, all existing offers on the website will be applicable.
  • Store credits can be used by placing order from same account.
  • Store credits can be used partially for multiple orders.
  • Customers can view balance of store credits by logging into their account using the same email and phone number used for the order.
