Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation Window
Customers can cancel their order before the order is shipped, which typically occurs within 24-72 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be entertained. However, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance. - How to Cancel an Order
- Customers can track their order status and initiate a cancellation request through their customer dashboard by logging in with the same email and phone number used at the time of order placement.
- The cancellation option will be visible only if the order has not yet been shipped.
- Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Partial COD Orders: If an advance payment was made through UPI, credit card, or debit card, the customer will receive a full refund of the advance amount paid.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days from the cancellation date.
- Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, customers can initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.
